He’s watching you…

I’ll admit it.  I have been neglecting this site in favor of my new ventures at pigandweaselpress.com.  This neglect or lack of material has been two fold.  I’ve been struggling with my changing definition.  Simply put, I’m no longer an artist in the career focussed, coherent body of work way that I used to be.  Additionally, I have become focussed on my small business Pig & Weasel Press.  For the last two months, I’ve been grooming some new skills to show off for new letterpress printing clients, learning a bit of web design, and just looking at print with a fresh eye.

Although not exactly art related at this point, my work as a master printer has is starting to circle back to influence that art part of my brain.

My new goals:

• Build new relationships with designers and printers to make editions of fine-art prints.
• Make at least 2 woodcut editions on my letterpress.
• Reengage in the practice of making photographs everyday.

It is really that simple.
